Membership Development and Retention

Membership Matters

       To achieve membership growth and development, a continual, multi step process is encouraged which entails three core elements:

·          The recruitment of new members

·          The retention of existing members

·          The organization of new clubs

          Existing Rotarians must remain active in all phases of the Rotary programs. 

          All Rotarians are responsible for inviting new members to    join the world wide family of Rotary.

          The following District Membership Committee is committed to assist the local Rotary clubs with:

·          planning, marketing & consulting

·          district wide membership activities

·          communication between district & club personnel

·          assist with your club’s recruitment plans

·          provide clubs with speakers and programs.
